Media Analysis

What is the Author’s opinion on Copyright laws? The author’s opinion on copyright is that it is not fair to the citizens of the US and the world. Another opinion of the author is that the big company’s (NRAA, and MPAA), are sue everybody under the sun for violations of copyright and some of the people have no money and are now bankrupt and without no money, and some are in jail. I would say that this film does have bias because you could argue about each, whether copyright is a good thing or a bad thing. I would say that copyright these is wrong and over the top, because everybody from people with disabilities and people with no money at all, also sueing people who are just enjoying the music and films.

I think that this film does so bias, the two devices I well use are anecdote, and rhetorical question. The first example I well use is an anecdote. The film uses and anecdote by talking about how Disney got their copyright laws changed. I think this doe’s show bias because it is hard to show favour to Disney for getting the copyright laws changed, and because there are millions of people that are copyright criminals because of that law. My second example is a rhetorical question. The filmmaker uses the rhetorical question by saying “How can people change and recreate media with the copyright laws. This shows bias by feeling angry and sorry for all the people that have been charged for copyright crimes, and by talking about how people can’t change and recreate films and music for personal pleasure.

I think that copyright laws are stupid and inconsiderate. I think copyright laws are stupid and inconsiderate because everyone is being charged with copyright crimes and people aren’t able to make music and movies their own. The social issue with copyright laws is that people with no money and with disabilities, and people without jobs. I think the future of copyright law is going to change because I think more and more people are going to speak out and say what they all think about copyright laws and tell people how unfair the laws are. My opinion on copyright laws is that they are unfair and outrageous.
